Use your ability to split into two to solve puzzles and reach the top! Made in 49 hours for the UNCC Fall 2021 49er game jam.
Controls:
WASD to move main character and mini character 1
Arrows to move mini character 2
Space to split into two and recombine if standing together
F to pick up objects
R to reset the level if you get stuck (sorry)
The red mini can walk through green walls

So, mechanically I really like the idea here. The music is great, and the sprite for the main character looks fantastic. That said, I'm sorry to say I couldn't finish it cuz the controls have a few odd bugs, and when I hit this one (pictured below), it was kinda the last straw. I kept losing my jump, or being forced to walk super slow when I landed etc. Probably just needs a bit more fine tuning. That said, congrats on ranking first! That's a huge accomplishment. It might even be like how it was with one of my past jams where the build you have is fine and the one on itch somehow broke. At any rate, keep up the good work!
